Matthew Casto is the CEO of CASTO, where he leads with a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and global experience. With over 30 years in themed entertainment and architectural finishes, Matthew has helped shape some of the world’s most iconic destinations, including Shanghai Disneyland, Universal Studios Beijing, and Universal’s Epic Universe.


A Brown University graduate in Civil Engineering and International Business, Matthew has held leadership roles at Boral Industries, Bomanite Corporation, and Bomanite Group International. Today, he champions “constructability” as the bridge between design and execution—mentoring artisans, guiding cross-disciplinary teams, and setting industry standards for immersive environments.
